Data Security
LuxGen takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your account, business information, and uploaded content, including:
- Encrypted data transmission between the app and our servers
- Secure cloud storage and hosting infrastructure
- Access controls restricting who can view or process account data
- Ongoing monitoring for unauthorized access or misuse
While we take these precautions seriously, no online service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Reporting a Security Issue
If you believe you've discovered a security vulnerability in LuxGen, please report it responsibly to connect@luxgen.co.in. We appreciate the community's help in keeping LuxGen secure and will respond as quickly as possible.
Third-Party Services & Licenses
LuxGen relies on third-party infrastructure and services to operate, including cloud hosting, authentication providers, AI processing services, payment processors, and analytics tools. Each of these providers operates under its own terms and licenses, and we select and use them in accordance with their respective agreements.
Where LuxGen incorporates third-party or open-source software components, those components remain subject to their original licenses. A detailed list of open-source components and licenses used in the app is available on request at connect@luxgen.co.in.

"LuxGen" and the LuxGen logo are trademarks of LuxGen. All other trademarks referenced on our platform belong to their respective owners.
